We were at Hunter's Hall on saturday to photograph Jamie and Katy. The volcanic ash played havoc in the week and the last of their guests just managed to catch a flight back to be in attendance. We packed as much as we could in to the four hours that we attended. The hall as always looked wonderful when lit with candles and flowers.
All eye's were on the best man who had a helping hand to do his cravat!
Jamie got lifted up by the bridemaids for this photo - and they didn't drop him either!
We have both been away in the last couple of weeks before the wedding season really gets in to full swing. Being a wedding photographer is a great privilege but it plays havoc with going on holiday with our family and friends. David & Zoe 9th April 2010 - Sprowston Methodist Church & Broad House Hotel
A wonderful day with both James and myself in attendance. Broad House Hotel has to be one of our favourite wedding venues, the grounds have so many photo opportunities and the catering is superb!
David & Zoe had a surprise for their guests when they arrived to Broad House Hotel in style by boat with champagne in hand - I was hoping to get a lift but no such luck!
It is a tradition at the venue that every couple gets to plant a tree in the grounds - Zoe got stuck in while David stood watching - now thats not right is it?
Tony & Maria 10th April 2010 - St Peter's Church, Sheringham & The Harbour Rooms, Blakeney
Tony and Maria had bright sunshine for their wedding at St Peter's Church in Sheringham followed by a reception at Blakeney Harbour Rooms. It was unusual to find that the bride turned up early and had to wait for all the guests to make their way inside before making her entrance!
On the way from the church we decided to stop at Cley-next-the-sea for some photos on the bank with the Windmill in the background before making our way to Blakeney. Although I was only there for four hours we got a great variety of shots.
